Happy Father’s Day!

Happy Father’s Day! My parents came up to visit this past week to celebrate Taylor’s birthday early and so we also got to celebrate Father’s Day a couple of days early as well.

I will unashamedly say that my Dad has been such a good role model and example to me.  Among many things, I am most challenged by his humility, his child-like faith in God, his life of Word & prayer, his spirit of thanksgiving to the Lord, and his selfless giving in all circumstances.  I am so grateful to God for blessing our family with my Dad (and Mom!) who daily prays for me, our family, and our church.

Last Christmas, we went down to their home in LA, and as usual, we got the latest scoop on the secret to long-life and health.  My parents are always trying to get us to drink some Noni juice or some concoction they heard about that will help us to be healthy and strong, and even increase our memory!

As some of you know, I am pretty skeptical about these things so I never try it (to their great disappointment!).  But that time around, my parents put their best sales pitch forward and I was able to capture it on this video that I linked below.  They are pretty convincing!  (BTW, if you want to get this secret recipe, you can leave a comment and I will email it to you for a small price.)  😉

    Pastor Jonathan Happy Father’s Day!
Whoaaaa— thank you so much for treating us so well during visit to your place. it was so good to see you, Susanna, Kristen, Taylor.
On the way back home, your treating for us was continued for breakfast (the restaurant manager lady offered free breakfast) and hot spring (the manager lady offered free half day pass). So all day long was free from hotel, breakfast, hot spring!
And now you are my sales man–thank you!
Try to make “dish wash liquid” and “black garlic” –it’s all free.
